rabbitvcs-core software package provides Easy version control, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rabbitvcs-core
rabbitvcs-core is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rabbitvcs-core package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rabbitvcs-core *
You will get with rabbitvcs-core package name, version, architecture and description in a table
